The fund acquired the 71-unit multifamily complex for US$ 18.7 million in December 2019, under extremely favorable financing conditions. Since then, the property, which had been built just five years earlier, underwent a series of improvements, with a more efficient operational management and spending control being implemented, meaning the rents were raised and the property value appreciated.
The result was a sale involving appreciation of 46% in just three years, despite the challenging scenario presented by the market at the time.
