The Fund aims to increase the value of its shares in the long term by investing its resources in Ativore Private Equity Real Estate Fund USA LP¹ ("Invested Fund"), whose strategy consists of forming a diversified portfolio of private build-to-rent real estate projects, with a focus on the residential class.
